Wayne has lived in the Bay Area for the majority of his life. He grew up in San Francisco before moving to the Peninsula, where he currently resides. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from San Francisco State, thus developing his skills in attention to details and problem solving. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Wayne provides an invaluable resource for local and international clients by being a conduit to reach their real estate dreams. With a growing family of his own, he has in-depth experience helping families up-size their homes when moving throughout San Francisco and the Peninsula (Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae, and Burlingame), and identifying the most valuable income and investment properties for investors. Wayne utilizes the most cutting edge technologies to make his listings stand out from the pack, working with some of the finest local talent in photography, staging, design, construction, and landscaping. For this reason, Wayne maintain memberships in professional organizations, such as the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, San Francisco and San Mateo County Association of Realtors, and currently holds a broker’s license with certifications in Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and the Certified Investment Specialist (CIS).

Outside of real estate, Wayne plays an active role in different non-profits to give back to the local community. He is a member of the San Bruno Rotary Club, Small Properties Owner Association, Asian Real Estate Association of America, and the Chinese Real Estate Association of America in which he served as the 2016 President.
